the seven seas.

Whilst going through my wardrobe, i was able to highlight 'key pieces' that i really need. for example, i don't have a single white strap/vest top. how did that happen!?
but one thing that i really WANT and i think would be useful: a pair of wide legged, high waisted trousers, preferably with some nautical buttons (:

(the cherry blossom girl)

does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations of where i might find these? i'm useless at actually finding things i want...

Maybe. But I'm sure you can find something just as good in the UK.

Topshop did a really nice pair; I'm not sure if it's still in stock. They're high waisted, with gold buttons, 4 I think, with a wide flare. I don't think they were denim, more a cotton-y type?
Can't seem to find them on the website but I'm sure if you hunt around you'll find them.

I've been searching for some of these for a while, but alas, all i can find either make me look stunted or german.

I love those as well. But I definitely think they're tough to find and I would be reluctant to buy online since you can't check the fit.

I love high waisted pants. But I wish I can pull pants off. I just feel so insecure & short in them!

Sorry this isn't going to be very helpful! Perhaps try new look or peacocks for cheap chic? I haven't seen so much nautical of late. xx

Cherry Blossom's house...oh to live in a house in Paris like hers...I can but dream!

I thought about Topshop too, I'm sure I've seen similiar pairs in Primark before as well. I think they might be Summer stock though, but good luck in finding them :)
